Within the split courses in April and June students got an overview of artists' recipe, food photography and cook books and short films. During the process of preparing food and creating a plant & fruit based feast (in June) students invited guest for a table sized strawberry-meringue cake and shaked basil drinks. Therefore they researched recipes, shopped at the regional (Konstablerwache) and global markets, designed a invitation poster, baked, invited guests, hosted, took photographs and finally had a feast! Results will be archived for a further publication.
