To celebrate Candlemas, we invite you to a convivial evening ritual in an allotment around a campfire.

As masters of ceremonies, we arrange participatory moments that stitch together the many threads of this twilight festivity.

The liturgical practice of consecrating candles to mark the light-bringing arrival of Christ was strategically employed by Spanish missionaries to convert the Canary Islands. From here, the creolised figure of the "Virgen de Candelaria" spread throughout Latin America.
