“Security Street” is, on the one hand, a collaborative project between Samuel Georgy, Mara Aiko Bushill and Nelli Lorenson. On the other hand, it is a quest to find what security is all about. It seems like the answer is really not all that clear and you come across many different possibilities.

Let us illuminate you! Take a look at all the lights pouring down from our institutions, our five beautiful institutions, their lights caressing your face with the promise of offering you the tools necessary for finding security, solace and care. Unfortunately, there is no straight, marked-out line to these tools, but rather it spirals, leading you down to an isolated cave where you can’t see how many steps you took or how many more to take.

We know you’re getting dizzy.

So we decided to be kind enough to make our game clear to you. We have your security materialised.

We cordially invite you to an interactive board game that leads you into our immersive exhibition “Security Street” at Jürgen-Ponto-Platz 2 (Parfümerie). The opening will take place on the 9th of December 2023 at 8pm. Further happenings will be announced; otherwise, one may visit with an appointment (via email: nellilorenson@googlemail.com) until the exhibition's end on the 23rd of December 2023.
