Mad dog brings together video works of Vietnamese and Argentinean artists, some of which selected from the archive of Saigon Experimental Film Festival.

Through the juxtaposition of video works from two distinct regions, possibilities for interconnections and paradoxes emerge, prompting an examination of madness ranges from subtly humorous to outright hysterical.
