Awareness Team

The Städelschule strives to offer a safe and inclusive work environment – for all students, faculty, team, and guests. Our awareness team consists of colleagues who are committed to this goal and who can be approached anytime.

Dealing with diversity is one of the most important challenges in today’s society. We see diversity as a potential and not as a form of difference. Our objective for anti-discrimination work at the Städelschule is to create a climate in which experiences of discrimination can be openly addressed, are taken seriously and treated with care and accountability.

We encourage everyone to contribute to a culture and atmosphere of mutual respect, acceptance and solidarity.

If you have a concern, feel free to contact any member of the awareness team, who are also responsible for each of the following instances. We are here for immediate support, information, and help. We also organize workshops and events on related issues for all members of the institution.
