Study Abroad

Since its foundation, art education at the Städelschule has been international in its outlook. Knowledge of different cultural spheres, countries and foreign languages are more important than ever for young artists today. The role of the Office of International Student Affairs is to advise and look after those studying at the Städelschule and exchange students.

The Städelschule nutures these partnerships to maintain close contact and offer assistance with planning travel, accommodation and application for bursaries for the period abroad.
