Can you define a country by a cake or a bread? April Gertler is a visual artist. She will bake soda bread and make butter with us. In addition she will present her books and zines.

The KIEZ-BROT-WERKSTATT explores BREAD, a common food staple, from different perspectives together with invited experts, with the neighbourhood and hobby bakers. Supported by the Stadtteilkasse Friedrichshain-West. The event will be held in English.
