Curator of the exhibition Anne Kielgast will moderate the conversation.

Tobias Rehberger investigates the fundamental social, cultural and perceptual conditions of art. In his work, he often incorporates strategies from other disciplines, particularly design and architecture. He does this in order to make us think differently about the relationship between art and everyday life, as well as to challenge established ideas of what constitutes an artwork.
Tobias Rehberger (b. 1966) trained at the Städelschule in Frankfurt and has been a professor there since 2001. He has presented numerous exhibitions worldwide, including solo presentations at Kunstmuseum Stuttgart (2022), Fondation Beyeler, Basel (2015) and Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (2010). In 2009, he received the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale for his art work what you love can also make you cry, which is still on display at the Giardini Park in Venice.
