Allure is a social experiment of an ongoing series (false walls).
False Walls is a series of heavily layered collages from cut outs and ripped up newspaper, advertisement posters and magazines sourced from commercial spaces and public spaces... This series borrows aesthetics and cultural elements used as decoy to persuade masses through advertisement and mass media as a way to subvert and critique systems and ideas around consumerism culture, propaganda, accessibility and the socio-political role of walls, boundaries and borders encountered by bodies in the everyday. This project is geared towards opening up possible sites for psychological geographic experiments.
