NO HUMAN IS ILLEGAL is a charity auction which is a spontaneous, solidarity response to the current situation of women refugees and refugees in Poland.

We invited Polish artists to create unique clothing. The auction will include several dozen items of clothing prepared especially for this occasion.

Patterns and interventions made in various techniques are a spontaneous response of artists to the humanitarian crisis, and including it in clothing symbolically allows the issue to exist in public space.

The proceeds from the auction will be used to support the activities of the Chlebem i Solą initiative and the Kuchnia Konfliktu Foundation, which through aid, integration and educational activities help refugees and refugees to get back on their feet after leaving the centers and to build a new chapter of life in Poland.

We would like the auction and its goal, that is to support the activities of the foundation, to be a kind of direct action constituting an act of opposition to the ineffective state system and the government's (anti) migration policy to which we oppose.

The catalog will be available one week before the auction on the social media profiles of the NO HUMAN IS ILLEGAL charity auction, it will also be placed on the DESA Unicum website. The auction will take place in a hybrid form - live in the Zachęta Gallery and through the Desa Unicum application.
