Online Lecture2 February 2022

"Rift Lit" is a meditation on transgender character as a way of thinking the history of the novel more broadly, and the intersection of literary form and eco-socialist frameworks in specific.

Jordy Rosenberg is a professor of literature at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and the author of the novel, Confessions of the Fox, as well as a monograph about 18th-century religious enthusiasts.  His hybrid work of fiction/creative nonfiction - The Day Unravels What the Night Has Woven - is forthcoming from Random House.
